Short Summary:
As a leading global investment firm, Invesco is seeking a Sr QA Engineer to define and lead test strategies, enhance automation frameworks, and ensure quality across development phases.

Responsibilities:
- Define and lead end-to-end test strategies for complex applications.
- Analyze requirements and design documents to improve testability.
- Drive test planning, estimation, prioritization, and reporting.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of automated test suites.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and security tests.
- Identify, document, and track defects with clarity.
- Facilitate root-cause analysis sessions with engineering teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance quality engineering practices.
- Mentor junior QA staff in testing techniques and automation.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5–10+ years of software QA or test engineering experience.
- Proven background leading QA activities within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and test automation lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
