Short Summary:
The Senior Director, Americas ETF Product Development will lead the execution of Invesco's ETF product strategy, partnering with various teams to develop, launch, and manage ETF products that meet client needs and support business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Investment and Distribution teams to develop business cases for new ETF products.
- Collaborate with index providers and internal stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of ETF product ideas.
- Manage the Americas ETF product roadmap and provide transparency on key initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive ETF product launches and range management initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product Governance teams for successful execution.
- Monitor industry trends and market innovation across the ETF landscape.
- Develop and maintain expertise in exchange-traded products and investment strategies.
- Represent ETF Product Development during client and due diligence meetings.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of investment industry experience in product development or related roles.
- Extensive ETF and index strategy product experience required.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment concepts across asset classes.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
