Short Summary:
As a leading global investment firm, Invesco seeks a Presentation Specialist to transform complex data into engaging visuals, design corporate materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication.

Responsibilities:
- Transform complex technical data and business concepts into effective visuals.
- Design and produce corporate presentation materials in compliance with branding standards.
- Prepare internal and external reporting materials ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create and enhance ad-hoc presentations for executive management.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to recommend visual communication solutions.
- Develop and maintain various creative collateral including infographics and newsletters.
- Perform quality assurance reviews for presentation excellence.
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion while meeting timelines.

Requirement:
- 4-6 years of experience in presentation design or visual communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
- Experience supporting executive leadership is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and AI-assisted creative tools is an advantage.
