Work Arrangement:

Short Summary:
As a NATA Trainee at Invesco, you will actively participate in process training, assess client requests, and adhere to departmental policies while taking ownership of your work. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in process training to gain subject matter expertise.
- Assess client requests and determine appropriate processing steps.
- Follow departmental policies while completing assigned work.
- Take ownership of assigned work and keep management informed.
- Adhere to quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
- Continuously learn from feedback and apply improvements.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management.
- Contribute to team goals and departmental projects.
Requirement:
- Basic understanding of the mutual fund industry is a plus.
- Financial services knowledge is good to have.
- Work experience in a customer service environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and computer fundamentals in a Windows environment.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Academic Requirements: MBA Finance (2025 & 2026 Batch) with 50% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course.
