Consumer Marketing - Growth Lead

Intuition Robotics is on a mission to empower older adults to live happier, healthier, and more independent lives. Our AI companion robot, ElliQ, is designed for healthier aging, alleviates loneliness, and empowers older adults to live independently.

As we rapidly expand our direct-to-consumer offerings in the US, we’re seeking a consumer marketing growth lead to join our DTC team. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll be responsible for user acquisition, growth, creative, and content for ElliQ’s direct-to-consumer channel. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and executional excellence to drive awareness, acquisition, and user retention.

You will own and optimize paid acquisition channels, develop targeted nurture campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine user journeys. This is a rare opportunity to shape the consumer growth strategy of a fast-growing Physical AI company while making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults.

You have deep empathy for users and a storytelling mindset, crafting compelling messages that differentiate ElliQ. With strong analytical skills, you leverage data and insights to optimize marketing strategies while knowing when to rely on creativity and innovation. You have experience in user acquisition, ad buys and managing agency relationships.

You are an entrepreneur at heart, a creative out of the box thinker who is excited to explore new ideas and novel approaches. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, moving seamlessly between strategy and execution. You excel at managing cross-functional projects, keeping multiple workstreams aligned while staying focused on impact. You are customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial, hands-on executor, and action-oriented, always pushing for growth and innovation.

• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to align growth initiatives and enhance user experience.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new channels and applying best practices to improve performance.
