Short Summary:
As a Landowner Relations Team Member, you'll lead landowner relationships that underpin successful project delivery and long-term community trust, serving as the primary connection between Intersect and participating landowners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Landowner Engagement and Relationship Management
- Deliver clear, proactive communications regarding project timelines and activities
- Support Site Control Agreements and Contract Administration
- Maintain operational understanding of site control documentation
- Ensure rigorous data governance and process optimization
- Drive cross-functional issue resolution
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, Environmental Studies, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience managing landowner or community relations for utility-scale clean energy projects
- Familiarity with land agreements and construction impact mitigation
- Experience maintaining structured data within land management software or CRM platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
