Our team is looking for a Senior Fullstack (Golang+React) Developer for one of our clients.

Our customer is one of the TOP-5 global management consulting firms considered to be among the most prestigious ones in the world. Hundreds of customers from Fortune-500, including the largest global financial institutions, the world’s top media companies, technology companies and federal government agencies rely on our Client’s proven platform and services.

You will be responsible for designing and developing complex, scalable web applications from end-to-end, leveraging a diverse polyglot stack including Go, and/or JavaScript with React. This role requires a balance of hands-on coding and architectural design.

Location: NCR, India
Work from the office in Noida

Our expectations of the candidate: 

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in full-stack development.
• Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Go for building high-concurrency systems.
• Frontend Expertise: Advanced skills in React and JavaScript, including state management (Redux or Context API).
• Database Proficiency: Proven experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization) and MongoDB.
• Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Tools: Familiarity with modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• English: Upper-Intermediate.
• Working time zone: IST.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• System Design: Architect and develop robust, scalable microservices and APIs using Go and JavaScript.
• Frontend Excellence: Lead the development of responsive and performant user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage data models across both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• API Development: Build and integrate secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless communication between client and server.
• Code Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for engineering best practices like CI/CD and automated testing.
• Reliability: Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize for maximum speed and scalability.
