*instinctools is looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer (Python+React) for one of our clients.

Location: NCR, India

Project: our project is a premier, cloud-based big data analytics platform that serves as the technology backbone of the Company’s commercial operations. It combines proprietary IP, prescriptive analytics engines, role-specific digital workbenches, and real-time decisioning capabilities to help enterprise clients drive pricing precision, commercial excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.

The platform processes large volumes of transactional and market data to power pricing, deal-scoring, and promotional-optimization engines, exposes this intelligence through purpose-built web workbenches, and integrates natively with clients’ ERP, CRM, and CPQ ecosystems.

The team is actively embedding Generative AI and agentic capabilities — automated data structuring, natural-language insight generation, and AI-assisted decision workflows — into the core product, alongside building modular, rapidly-deployable configurations for mid-market clients.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across a Python-based backend and a React front-end for high-throughput analytics workbenches
• Develop and optimize REST APIs and services that process large, complex commercial/transactional datasets
• Contribute to data model design and query performance for pricing, deal, and promotional-analytics use cases
• Collaborate with data science/ML engineers to integrate predictive and prescriptive models (pricing optimization, deal scoring, product matching) into production workflows
• Help embed GenAI/agentic capabilities (e.g., automated data enrichment, natural-language insight agents) into the product
• Build and support integrations with external CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making within an Agile team
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and contribute to CI/CD practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack in a distributed, cross-functional team

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• 8+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience with Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI or similar)
• 2-3+ years of recent hands-on experience with React (hooks, component architecture, state management)
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases; comfort with data modeling for large-scale/analytical datasets
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and modern web application architecture
• Practical knowledge of Agentic AI / GenAI tools and how to apply them in product features (not just as a coding aid)
• Experience working in Agile teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS/hybrid deployment models
• Exposure to data pipelines/ETL, data lake architectures, or big data tooling (Spark, Airflow, Kafka)
• Experience integrating with or building for CRM/ERP/CPQ systems
• Background in pricing, commercial analytics, or B2B/B2C revenue-management domains
• Familiarity with Angular (useful for cross-team collaboration on adjacent modules)
