*instinctools is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join a project for a global mobility and urban services platform.
The platform enables users to book rides and other services, including intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance. It operates in more than 700 cities across 47 countries and serves a large international user base.
You will work on the data infrastructure behind marketing attribution and analytics. The project involves migrating data pipelines to a core data warehouse platform, building and optimizing data marts, integrating external data sources, and ensuring the consistency and reliability of analytical data.
Your work will help marketing analysts and BI teams access accurate, trustworthy data for understanding campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
Location:
Europe, Poland, Kazakhstan
What you will get hands-on with
Data pipeline migration: Lead the migration of dbt models, Airflow DAGs, and data sources to the core data warehouse platform, validating data parity before switching over.
Modern analytics engineering: Build and optimize incremental data marts using BigQuery, dbt, and SQL.
Data orchestration: Develop and maintain Airflow workflows, including recalculations, backfills, and reliable execution of data pipelines.
Marketing attribution data: Work with AppsFlyer, advertising network cost feeds, reference dictionaries, and upstream data marts.
Data quality and validation: Investigate discrepancies between source data and downstream datasets, implement quality checks, and ensure reliable data delivery.
End-to-end ownership: Work across requirements clarification, pipeline development, testing, release, and documentation.
This role combines hands-on engineering with technical ownership. You will work on production data pipelines where correctness, historical consistency, and reliable migration are essential.
