Senior Business Analyst

*instinctools is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients. 

Location: EU 

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Collaborate with insurance business units to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases
• Translate complex business problems and legacy insurance rules into detailed functional requirements and user stories
• Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business workflows to identify automation opportunities
• Facilitate collaborative design sessions and requirement workshops between business stakeholders and technical squads
• Define objective user acceptance criteria (UAT) and validate that delivered AI models meet performance targets
• Conduct gap analyses to ensure new AI capabilities align perfectly with existing customer-facing channels

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for complex digital products
• Strong understanding of BPMN, UML, or similar business process modeling methodologies
• Experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Experience in developing use cases, user stories, and conducting gap analysis
• Experience in defining requirements for AI solutions aligned with existing business processes and user journeys
• Ability to define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and participate in the validation of AI solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations

Nice to have:

• Experience in the insurance industry is considered a strong advantage
