Fullstack (.NET + React) Developer - Team *instinctools

Our team is looking for a Fullstack (.NET + React) Developer for one of our clients.

Our customer is a leading American multinational corporation in wireless telecommunications. Builds chips, software, and 5G/4G technologies. Strong engineering culture, long-term projects.

The project is a critical production platform for manufacturing and order tracking. Built on contract-first APIs and SAFe. Focus on ownership, knowledge sharing, and long-term stability.

Location: Europe

Working time zone: CET

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs (C#/.NET) supporting production MES workflows (order-split, wafer assignment/tracking).
• Develop and optimize MSSQL-backed data access — schema design, queries, performance tuning.
• Contribute to a React-based frontend where features require UI work.
• Own contract-first API design and review with the team’s system architect.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features as a “technical steward” — coordinate cross-team dependencies, run KT sessions, ensure safe production landing.
• Work within a SAFe/PI cadence (sprint planning, PI planning, defect triage).
• Collaborate daily with a distributed team across multiple sites; join periodic on-site sessions in Munich (~1–2x/year).

Our expectations of the candidate:

• Senior-level backend development experience in C# — both .NET Framework and modern .NET — in a production, enterprise-scale environment (5+ years).
• Strong MSSQL experience — schema design, queries, performance tuning.
• Working proficiency with React for frontend contributions.
• Strong contract-first / REST API design experience.
  Nice to have:
• Exposure to SAFe/PI-based delivery or similar scaled-agile environments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling (Copilot/Claude Code — used elsewhere on this account).
• Manufacturing/MES or semiconductor-industry domain exposure.
• English: Upper-Intermediate
