Short Summary:
Inspira Education Group is seeking passionate MCAT Tutors to help students succeed in test preparation and medical school admissions. This role involves one-on-one tutoring, creating personalized study plans, and providing expert guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam
- Tailor an MCAT test prep curriculum to students’ needs
- Track and analyze student progress and performance
- Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
- Keep students’ families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
- Be passionate about education and an expert MCAT tutor and thought leader for your students

Requirement:
- Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required)
- Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Have previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) (copy of official score report required)
- 1–2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desired
- Able to provide MCAT test preparation for the full exam and each section
- Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote tutoring environment
- A baseline MCAT score of 521+
