We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to accelerate our growth on the East Coast of the United States.
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new revenue and closing strategic SaaS deals. • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Lead strategic conversations with CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and other senior decision-makers.
• Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline across the West Coast, with clear forecasting, follow-up, and closing plans.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling business cases and tailored NOVA solutions.

• Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth customer handovers.
• Help establish and scale our US sales approach, adapting our messaging, pricing strategy, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and sales playbooks to the local market.
• Use AI as an integral part of your daily workflow to sell smarter, faster, and more effectively.
• As the team grows, mentor Account Executives and support onboarding and call reviews.

• You have at least 7+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the US small and midsize business market.
• You have proven experience independently closing complex deals and managing multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
• You are skilled in consultative and value-based selling, translating business impact into compelling commercial opportunities.
• You are a true closer: you recognize momentum and confidently turn opportunities into concrete agreements, securing commitments and signatures.
• You work in a structured, data-driven way and have experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• You are entrepreneurial, self-driven, and thrive in an ambitious scale-up environment.
• You’re excited to help establish and grow a business in a new market.
• Experience with MarTech, SEO, AI, or growth marketing is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems is a plus.
• You are based on the East Coast, New York or Washington DC Area and willing to travel for customer meetings and team collaboration.

• A salary that reflects your experience, complemented by an attractive and uncapped bonus and commission structure.
• Plenty of freedom, ownership, and the opportunity to make a direct commercial impact.
• A key role in establishing and scaling the US market for a fast-growing AI scale-up.
• The opportunity to shape our commercial approach and build your territory.
• Close collaboration with US leadership and our international teams.
• Opportunities to grow and develop professionally as our US business expands.
• An entrepreneurial working environment with direct communication and fast decision-making.
