About the role:

As Senior Associate, Analytics, you will work with a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers to drive high-impact results for millions of U.S. residents. • Partner with engineers, data scientists, program managers, and external stakeholders to investigate data inconsistencies, troubleshoot problems, and identify solutions.
  • Clean, transform, and aggregate outreach campaign and enrollment data, ensuring rigorous quality control and accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, contribute to internal research proposals, and help manage task deliverables under fast-paced deadlines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare.gov Marketplace and evolving federal health coverage policies to better contextualize performance and trend analyses.

  • Experience developing client facing reports, analyses, and dashboards that blend data-driven decision making with thoughtful understanding of human-centered design and processes.
  • Helping to organize raw analysis into consumable stories and recommendations, adding context, or refining ideation and solutioning in the team’s work.
  • Experience  in applying foundational statistics (e.g., weighted averages).
  • Passion in applying your skills to our social mission to problem-solve and collaborate within a cross-functional, client-facing team environment.
