We're looking for a Junior PR Executive to join our growing team and support PR campaigns across crypto, fintech and emerging technology.

This is an ideal role for someone at the beginning of their PR career who is passionate about media, communications and technology and wants to develop their skills within a fast-paced international agency.

You'll work closely with our PR Managers and wider team, supporting client accounts through media outreach, research, content development and day-to-day campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Support PR Managers with the day-to-day execution of client campaigns.
• Research relevant journalists, publications, podcasts and media opportunities.
• Build and maintain targeted media lists across business, finance, technology and crypto.
• Draft and distribute media pitches, press releases, media alerts and other PR materials.
• Conduct proactive media outreach and follow up with journalists.
• Identify relevant newsjacking opportunities, industry trends and potential story angles.
• Support the team in securing interviews, features, contributed articles and other media opportunities.
• Monitor client and industry media coverage and maintain accurate reporting.
• Research clients, competitors and industry developments to support campaign planning.
• Assist with preparing client updates, reports, meeting materials and campaign documentation.
• Maintain accurate internal trackers and ensure campaign tasks and deadlines are kept up to date.
• Collaborate with PR Managers, content and other internal teams to deliver high-quality work for clients.
• Gradually take on greater responsibility across client communications and campaigns as experience develops.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in PR, communications, media or a related field; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in crypto, fintech, technology and emerging industries.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong research and writing abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• An understanding of media relations and how journalists and publications operate.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working remotely as part of an international team.
• Eager to learn, take feedback and develop into a well-rounded PR professional.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience supporting PR campaigns or conducting media outreach.
• Familiarity with crypto, fintech or emerging technology.
• Existing relationships with relevant journalists or experience using PR/media databases.
• Experience writing pitches, press releases or other communications materials.
