Software Engineering Director

Title: Software Engineering Director

Location: Inovonics - HQ

We are hiring a Director of Software Engineering at an inflection point for the team. We need a leader who will take an established software group to its next level of performance and help carry it through the shift to AI-native, agentic ways of working. This is first and foremost a people role: we are looking for a strong leader, coach, and mentor, someone the team can look up to, who develops engineers and builds their careers, and who earns trust rather than demanding it. Several engineers are already driving that move; this leader's job is to make it the team's culture by setting the tone, bringing people along, and partnering with them.
