Short Summary:
Injective Labs is looking for a Product Designer to work on web products and DAPPs, contributing to the development of decentralized finance applications on the Injective blockchain.

Responsibilities:
- Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and impact product execution and quality
- Partnering closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
- Listening to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight customers
- Rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

Requirement:
- 3+ years in a UI/UX design role (experience at a consumer fintech company is preferred)
- Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
- Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, and cross-functional team
- Excellent Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics
- Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design (layout, typography, color)
- A portfolio that demonstrates love and care for their craft
- A passion for building and creating in a fast-paced, start-up environment
