Infosys is seeking for an Associate Practice Engagement Manager – Startup Partnerships & GTM opportunity with Infosys in the U.S. The role focuses on building and managing strategic startup partnerships, developing joint GTM initiatives, and driving opportunities through the pre-sales and sales cycle. It also offers exposure to the rapidly evolving AI/GenAI and Agentic AI startup ecosystem.
Role Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with high-potential startups.
Build and manage startup accounts and drive joint GTM/co-sell opportunities.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pre-sales, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with business, delivery, and AI/GenAI teams to develop client solutions.
Build relationships with startup founders, leadership teams, and enterprise stakeholders.
Ability to translate startup/AI capabilities into enterprise client use cases
Strong presentation, proposal development and stakeholder-management skills

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Strong background in Strategic Partnerships, Alliances, GTM, Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Enterprise Sales
Experience building startup/technology partnerships and managing end-to-end opportunities
Strong executive relationship and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and emerging technology ecosystems
The role will focus on identifying startup partners, developing joint GTM and co-sell opportunities, building pipeline, and driving opportunities from qualification through closure.
Experience working at the intersection of startups, partnerships, enterprise technology, and AI
Strong understanding of the service offering, value proposition and estimation for different offerings
Proven experience engaging and building relationships with C‑level client stakeholders
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Broad exposure to IT and business consulting engagements
Experience in proposal creation, negotiation with customers/partners and collaboration with internal stakeholders
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
