Middle Sales & Service Backoffice Support m/f/d 60%

This job posting is for our subsidiary in Benelux (Remote Position).

• Prepare and process quotations, order confirmations, tender and service documents, and customer and service orders

• Organize the Sales and Service back office and act as the central point of contact for Sales and Service

• Maintain customer, installed-base and service contract data, including warranty status, in the CRM system

• Support scheduling and planning for Sales and Field Service, including customer visits, installations, maintenance and calibrations

• Handle sales and service correspondence and ensure completed orders and service reports are forwarded to Finance for invoicing

• Process and follow up service requests, spare parts orders, warranty claims and returns, including shipping and customs documentation

• Support marketing activities, trade shows, customer events, seminars and training sessions

• Prepare and follow up Sales and Service meetings and monitor open quotations, orders and service activities

• Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for management

• Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of administrative processes and ensure accurate, quality-compliant documentation

• Completed business training and several years of professional experience, preferably in Sales or Service Administration within a technical environment

• Experience coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic environment

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a structured and precise approach to work

• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style

• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to quickly learn new IT systems; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Knowledge of French and Dutch is an advantage

• Knowledge of German is an asset
