Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage and control the entire project life cycle for the respective technology platform
• Apply project management methodology to coordinate the planning, target setting, execution and controlling of projects, while keeping an eye on performance, quality, costs and risks
• Have an overview and understanding of the relevant functional inter-dependencies 
• Cooperate with various internal business lines partners to ensure proper, in-time delivery and adequate functionality
• Steer effective communication, recognizing barriers to achieve agreement
• Establish and maintain reasonable efficiency metrics and reporting 

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related subject
• At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor business - ideally in an R&D environment with insights into PDKs, foundation IPs, design flows and methodologies or Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
• Experience in project management 
• Preferably a project management certification like IPMA or PMPA  
• Good sense for intercultural differences 
• Excellent English communication skills – with German being a plus
