Program Manager m/f/d

We are seeking a Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects for a single technology-driven customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to drive successful business outcomes for our key customer.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Strategic Account Manager and interact on a regular basis with our largest USA based SEMI OEM customer. Understand the needs, expectations, and business objectives of our strategic SEMI OEM customer.  Maintain effective communication and manage customer relationships
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, for multiple projects. Ensure development and business improvement projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer projects and product delivery. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues
• Working with the relevant stakeholders in the business ensure that all projects and products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and the customer. Maintain comprehensive customer project and reporting documentation
• Conducting market analyses, processing customer feedback and monitoring technological developments and applications
• Collect market information and report to company periodically
• Communicate with overseas Sales & Services team and work together with local members of the business unit team to provide professional solution to customer

• Master degree, majoring in Physics, Mechanical or Electronics related
• Fluency in written and oral English
• Excellent relationship building and excellent communication skills customers
• Have related sales experience and vacuum knowledge
• Be able to travel in high frequency
• Have a smart mind to set up developing strategies for sales promotion
• At least 5 years of SEMI/Vacuum or semi-fab related product sales experience
• A deep understanding of SEMI industry is preferred
• Highly motivated, creative, self-responsible and result oriented
• Positive attitude and excellent persuasion and decision-making skills
