Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions, with a strong focus on back-end development using Java and Spring (approximately 70–80% of the activity), while also contributing to front-end development using React.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet business needs.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement fixes to ensure the stability, performance, and security of applications.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate closely with the team based in France, working with a high level of autonomy, especially during the first few months when the selected candidate will be the only team member based in Romania working with the respective team.

Middle/Senior level experience in software development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Strong experience with Java and Spring, with a primary focus on back-end development.
Good knowledge of React.js.
Understanding of microservices, hexagonal architecture, MVC, BFF/BFB.
Experience working with PostgreSQL / SQL.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Control-M would be considered a plus.
French knowledge would be considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
