Fullstack Software Engineer (Java, React, Typescript) / 1

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join an agile team responsible for developing and enhancing a business-critical CRM application.

You will work in a collaborative team of 7 developers and 1 Test Manager, building new features and improving existing CRM capabilities.

One of the key areas of development is the implementation of AI-driven functionalities designed to guide users through business workflows. These features are built using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Java with Spring Boot on the backend.

The CRM landscape consists of several frontend and backend applications. Depending on current project priorities and business requirements, you may work across different components and functional areas of the platform.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance features within the CRM application.
• Build AI-supported functionalities that guide users through business processes and workflows.
• Develop frontend solutions using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services using Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with applications running in Kubernetes environments and managed with Helm.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit 5, Mockito and Testcontainers.
• Contribute to different Java-based frontend and backend components within the wider CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testing and other team members in an Agile environment.
• Participate in the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of the CRM solution.

Hybrid work model: 3 days from the office, 2 days of home office.
