Creative Designer (Motion designer)

What you’ll be doing: Craft engaging video and static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok; Develop performance creatives with a clear structure and messaging logic — from the hook and main narrative to the product value and CTA; Collaborate with our marketing team — working closely with a UA manager, creative producer, and graphic designer to brainstorm fresh ideas and creative hypotheses; Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools (image, video, lip sync, and voice generators) to push creative boundaries. What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role; Experience creating creatives for paid social / performance marketing; Strong understanding of performance creative anatomy: hooks, body / narrative development, CTA, pacing, messaging hierarchy, and attention retention; A solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and design principles; Proficiency in After Effects (bonus points if you're familiar with Figma); A proactive, self-sufficient approach — you know how to manage your time and get things done; Excitement about generative AI tools and how they can enhance creativity.
