Senior Product Manager – Operations & AI

Title: Senior Product Manager – Operations & AI Location: Tallinn, Harju, Estonia

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (Back Office & Operations) to help shape the future of our operational capabilities across Inbank.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in making the way our operations teams work smarter, more efficient and scalable. You’ll take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for the tools and processes supporting Customer Care, Partner Support, Debt Collection and other operational functions, with a strong focus on automation, AI and operational excellence.

Working closely with teams across our markets, you’ll dive into existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement and turn complex operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions. From reducing manual tasks and improving customer self-service to introducing AI-powered tools and streamlining processes across countries, your work will have a direct and measurable impact on how we operate.

This role is a great fit for someone who combines strong product thinking with a hands-on, tech-savvy and pragmatic approach. Someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, challenging existing ways of working and turning ideas into solutions that make a real difference for our teams, partners and customers.

A few words from your direct lead - Tiiu Ehastu - Head of Product, Operations & Back-office

This role is for someone who loves bringing structure to complexity. You’ll own the tools and processes that keep our operations running across five markets, and you’ll have the freedom to rethink them with automation and AI. Expect real ownership, close collaboration with operational teams and plenty of room to challenge the status quo. If you’re pragmatic, curious and eager to make a measurable impact, let’s talk!

What will you be doing?

• Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Back Office & Operations platforms, covering Customer Care, Partner Support, Debt Collection and other internal tools.
• Work closely with operational teams across our markets to understand existing processes, identify inefficiencies and prioritise improvements that deliver real business impact.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives, from improving customer self-service and reducing manual tasks to introducing AI-powered support tools, intelligent workflows and automated collection processes.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and simplify processes across markets, while considering local business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering, data and other teams to turn business needs into practical, scalable and reliable solutions, balancing automation with the need for human involvement.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure operational efficiency, automation, cost savings, service quality and customer experience.
• Evaluate existing tools, explore new technologies and make informed build-vs-buy decisions, considering business value, costs and long-term scalability.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of new solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure improvements are successfully embedded into everyday operations.
• Act as a trusted partner to operational and commercial leaders, helping shape priorities, challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Management, Operations or Process Improvement, ideally working with internal platforms, operational tools or customer-facing support functions.
• Good understanding of Customer Care, Partner Support, Debt Collection or Back Office operations, including common processes, systems and opportunities for improvement.
• Experience driving automation, AI or digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
• A hands-on, tech-savvy and solution-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in using technology and AI to make operations smarter and more efficient.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify priorities, work with KPIs and evaluate business impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and bring different teams and markets together.
• A structured, proactive and independent approach, combined with the ability to navigate complexity and drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
