About In All Media

In All Media is a global technology and design firm that builds impactful digital solutions through distributed teams across LATAM.
We partner with U.S.-based companies across industries, providing long-term technical expertise in software development, AI integration, and product innovation.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist (Hunter + Farming) with proven experience selling IT and AI nearshore services — specifically staff augmentation and managed teams — directly to U.S. enterprise clients.

This is a full-cycle, individual-contributor role. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, generating new logos, and expanding existing accounts, with no inbound or marketing lead support.

The ideal candidate combines true hunter drive, strong consultative sales skills, and the discipline to manage forecasting, reporting, and consistent delivery of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities for nearshore software development, team augmentation, and AI consulting services.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

• Build and maintain a qualified outbound pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, cold email, referrals, and industry events.

• Lead structured discovery sessions with executive stakeholders (VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and Technology Directors).

• Sell capacity augmentation and managed services measured in headcount.

• Grow existing accounts through consistent relationship management and expansion strategies.

• Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting through CRM discipline.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery and Talent teams to ensure seamless handovers and client satisfaction.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience selling IT services, staff augmentation, or outsourcing (not SaaS or products).

• Proven ability to build your own pipeline and close new logos without inbound support.

• Demonstrated success in selling to U.S.-based enterprise clients ($250M+ in revenue).

• Experience selling managed services or capacity augmentation, measured in headcount or project value.

• Mastery of the consultative sales process — discovery, ROI presentation, and objection handling.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (B2+/C1 level).

• Solid CRM reporting discipline (forecasting, pipeline management, accuracy).

• Strong self-starter mindset, accountability, and resilience (“thick skin”).

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of AI/ML consulting, digital transformation, or product engineering services.

• Understanding of pricing models (FTE, T&M, managed services).

• Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

Location & Time Zone

Remote from any LATAM country.
Collaboration aligned with CST ±2 hours for interaction with U.S. clients.

Language

All communication, documentation, and client interaction will be in English.

Key Traits We’re Looking For

✅ Hunter mentality – builds pipeline and closes independently
✅ Consultative communicator – understands business and technical value
✅ Strong closer – drives negotiations and ROI discussions
✅ Farmer discipline – grows accounts while protecting margin
✅ Accountable operator – reports, forecasts, and executes reliably
