Bits of your job:

• Lead the Experimentation team, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and revenue opportunities.

• Own and drive the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation.

• Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells, and post-purchase experiences.

• Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to drive growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver optimization initiatives.

• Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, insights, and performance analysis.

Key requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field.

• Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, CRO, and experimentation.

• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.

• Leadership skills or willingness to develop them are a bonus.

• Advanced experience with goal, KPI, and metric tracking is a bonus.

Compensation: From 2,200 €/mon. net
