Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Handle chargeback cases and support payment-related investigations
- Work with customer payment-related issues, including Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support KPI analysis and provide insights based on operational data
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Produce daily, weekly, and/or monthly operational and statistical reports
- Perform other related tasks as required
Requirement:
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and business needs
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop
- Previous experience in Chargebacks, Payments, Refunds, Accounts Receivable (AR), or similar operational fields is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player
