We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid digital performance across EMEA and APAC, running the channels that drive pipeline in these regions while making sure our campaigns actually land with local audiences, not just translated ones. You'll report into our global campaigns team based in the U.
S., acting as the regional expert who knows what works (and what doesn't) in these markets, while keeping campaigns aligned with global strategy and brand. YOUR IMPACT: - Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, and Reddit for EMEA and APAC audiences - Manage regional budgets and pacing, and report on performance against pipeline and revenue targets - Serve as the point person for localization, briefing translators and agencies, reviewing localized landing pages and campaign assets for accuracy and cultural fit, and flagging where a literal translation won't land the way the message needs to - Integrate closely with field marketing leaders across EMEA and APAC, aligning digital campaigns with regional events, account-based programs, and pipeline priorities - Partner with regional sales teams to make sure campaigns reflect local buying behavior, competitive landscape, and compliance needs, such as GDPR in EMEA and data residency requirements across APAC markets - Ensure regional campaign and customer data is stored and processed in accordance with local data residency requirements, working with IT and legal as needed - Bring market intelligence back to the global team, including what's resonating regionally, where global assets need adaptation, and where regional nuance should shape global strategy - Test and iterate on channel mix, targeting, and creative by market rather than applying a one size fits all playbook YOUR TOOLKIT: - 4+ years running paid digital campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic; Reddit experience a plus) in a B2B SaaS environment - Experience marketing across multiple EMEA and/or APAC markets, with a clear understanding that localization means more than translation - Track record of working closely with field marketing to align digital programs with regional events and campaigns - Familiarity with regional data privacy and residency requirements (GDPR and equivalents) - Comfortable working async with a team based in a different time zones, and a strong written communicator who can bring the U.
