Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop co-workers responsible to receive, replenish, store, pick and dispatch goods within the agreed time and in the agreed quality with the lowest possible operational costs.
- Support high performing daily operations connected to the assigned central fulfilment unit, ensuring all departmental KPIs are monitored.
- Secure efficiency and implement improvements throughout the operations to exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to overall warehouse operations goals, drive local business plans/projects, and analyze existing workload.
- Contribute to people, shift and equipment planning based on volume forecast to secure operational capacities.
- Strive for excellence in running operations to reduce cost, improve productivity, and enhance work spirit.
Requirement:
