Enterprise Relationship Manager, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (m/f/d) - Germany, Remote

THE LOCATION: Germany - Remote
THE ROLE
IGEL is building a dedicated enterprise sales motion for Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC&DR). We seek proven enterprise security and cyber resilience hunters who can create new demand among Windows-centric organizations. IGEL BC&DR addresses the endpoint recovery gap by helping organizations restore secure access to critical applications when Windows endpoints are disrupted or compromised. The solution complements, rather than replaces, enterprise backup, data recovery, and incident response investments.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own net-new pipeline, opportunity development, qualification, executive engagement, and closing within the assigned region.
• Prospect non-healthcare enterprises with large Windows estates and material ransomware, outage, and business continuity exposure.
• Engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security operations, IT infrastructure, business continuity and risk stakeholders.
• Develop quantified business cases around downtime exposure, recovery time objectives, secure application access and operational resilience.
• Coordinate solution discovery, proof-of-value activities and technical validation with presales and Field CTO specialists.
• Build partner-led demand with security VARs, GSIs, MSSPs and relevant technology partners.
• Maintain disciplined account plans, CRM hygiene, forecasting and territory collaboration with existing IGEL teams.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must have

• 7+ years of successful enterprise technology sales, including substantive cybersecurity, BC&DR, data protection, ransomware recovery or resilience experience.
• Documented new-logo prospecting and quota performance; ability to describe personally sourced and closed complex enterprise deals.
• Established access to CISO/CIO and enterprise infrastructure buyers; effective multithreaded executive selling.
• Experience developing a territory and working with technical specialists and channel partners.
• Strong value selling, negotiation, communication and forecasting skills.

Nice to have:

• Sales experience at Rubrik, Cohesity, Veeam, Commvault, Druva, HYCU, Zerto or comparable cyber resilience companies.
• Understanding of Windows enterprise environments, endpoint recovery, VDI or secure application access.
• Relationships with regional security-focused partners and large enterprise accounts.
