Through its broad portfolio of digital identity and fraud prevention solutions, IDnow establishes, maintains and enriches trust throughout the customer journey, ensuring businesses can confidently and securely operate while leveraging digital identity to drive growth, security and scalability.

This position is based in Rennes or in Paris, France.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to support our growth and assist our sales teams in promoting high value-added solutions. Your role will be to support the Sales people during the entirety of the sales cycle with your fine understanding of leads' and clients' unique context and challenges. When you provide the right information, the Sales Manager closes the deal.

This role is part of scaling our Solution Sales Specialist team, as IDnow shifts from product selling to platform solution selling. You will help cover a growing volume of high-value opportunities that need specialist depth.

We are looking for a Solution Sales Specialist to help our sales teams win higher-value, more complex deals. You will own the solution and value narrative across the entire sales cycle - not just feed information to the Sales Manager - and partner with Account Executives as a co-pilot on qualification, discovery, and the business case. Your understanding of each client's regulatory context and specific challenges is what turns a product conversation into a solution conversation. When you and the Account Executive align on the value story, deals close faster and bigger.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the identity verification, electronic signature, and digital identity markets.
Support and advise clients throughout the sales cycle, from qualification and understanding of business needs to demonstrating the value of our solutions—both for prospects and existing clients.
Develop and share deep vertical expertise across our priority segments - banking & insurance, fintech, mobility, healthcare, Telco, marketplaces - and act as the go-to specialist for each.
Stay current on the regulatory drivers that create urgency in those verticals (KYC/AML, eIDAS 2.0, AMLR) and turn them into compelling value narratives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Present our SaaS solutions during client meetings, demonstrations, and events.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of leads and opportunities using our CRM tool.
Contribute to achieving the sales team’s growth objectives.

Preferred Experience

Successful first experience on a similar role in a B2B solution sales in the SaaS / technology environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
Knowledge of different Sales methodologies.
Team spirit: Work hand-in-hand with other areas of the Sales function to support the closing of new clients and satisfy our existing ones.
Strong interpersonal skills: You are a great and efficient communicator and an active listener.
Endless curiosity towards our clients' needs, blockers, and challenges.
You are highly adaptable and a champion at re-using your knowledge and know-how for new situations.
You have a knack for Product Marketing.
Fluent French and Professional English are both required.

Perks & Benefits

Health & Wellbeing: Use your full access to the mental health platform nilo, including 1on1 sessions.
We value personal and professional development: make full use of Udemy, our training platform with 24/7 access and unlimited content/course consumption incl. certification.
We make your remote work comfy: we provide support on equipment and offer flexible working hours.
We value collaboration & love to come together: regular onsite gatherings, internal initiatives and summer parties to connect outside of work.
May your family require your attention or other reasons apply: use the benefit of our paid special leave days.
Enjoy the possibility to combine work with a longer stay at your holiday destination or extend a weekend with our Workcation possibilities.
In addition to the perks & benefits above, we offer specific benefits that differ between our locations.
