This role manages the Bi-Service account within Identity's Public Sector team, one of our most prestigious UK government contracts. You'll act as the main point of contact for the client, build relationships across the organisation, and keep delivery on track across a mix of live and virtual events, including large conferences, summits, exhibition stands and recruitment shows. You'll also work closely with wider agency partners to keep campaigns joined up and take ownership of budgets and commercial performance across the account.
- 3-4 years' experience in an Account Manager or similar role, ideally within an integrated agency
- A track record of managing complex client budgets, including accounts with an annual budget over £1m
- Experience working with government clients or affiliated organisations is a strong advantage
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Presents information clearly and communicates well, both written and verbal
- Plans, organises and prioritises their own workload without close supervision
- Holds standards under pressure: accurate, on-brief, and on deadline even when things get tight, including on multi-agency projects
- Previous experience of line management is an advantage
- A hands-on, can-do approach to problem-solving under pressure
- Confident in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Experience with Salesforce is a bonus
- Wider event sector experience, such as exhibition services, event production, event marketing or creative engagement, is a plus

- Act as the main day-to-day contact for the Bi-Service account, setting clear scope, expectations and status updates for the client
- Manage a portfolio of live and virtual events, from large conferences and summits to activations, exhibition stands, festivals and recruitment shows
- Review new client briefs, question and shape the approach, and respond with solutions that meet the client's brand and objectives
- Set, monitor and manage client budgets, working closely with the project team to protect profitability on a complex account
- Lead client and internal meetings, follow up with clear notes and actions, and hold attendees accountable for completion of required deliverables and timelines
- Work with wider agency partners to keep inter-agency relationships strong and campaigns joined up
- Manage client change requests and secure sign-off, so projects stay within budget and on track
- Share client feedback and insight with the wider project team and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate to the Account Director when needed
- Support pitch and proposal work as required
- Attend live events and projects across the account, including UK-wide conferences and exhibitions
- All other duties appropriate to the role
