Job requirements

Your Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience as a PM in IT projects (experience in startups is a strong plus)

• Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements

• Solid working knowledge of Scrum

• Experience managing projects with frequent shifts in priorities and pivots

• Proficiency with PM tools, particularly hands-on Jira administration (not just usage)

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets and metrics

• English proficiency at C1+ level (international project)

• Openness to occasional business travel a few times per year (Germany or Portugal)

• Daily, hands-on AI usage is a must-have, not a bonus. This role is for someone who already works with AI as part of how they operate — not someone still exploring whether to start
