Senior Salesforce Project Manager

The Work 

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division delivers integrated technology and management solutions that help government and commercial clients modernize critical business operations. We design, build, implement, and operate secure, high-performing systems that improve service delivery and mission outcomes. 

The Project Manager will lead the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. This role will manage cross-functional teams delivering grants lifecycle capabilities, system integrations, data migration, security and ATO activities, testing, training, deployment, and production support. The Project Manager will establish delivery plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and quality, and provide transparent reporting to project leadership and government stakeholders. They will lead Agile planning and delivery, coordinate across business and technical workstreams, support backlog prioritization, and ensure each release meets functional, security, accessibility, data-quality, and operational-readiness requirements.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the phased delivery of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. 

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple business and technical workstreams. 

• Lead Agile planning and execution, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, retrospectives, release planning, and production readiness. 

• Work across government stakeholders, program offices, architects, developers, testers, security personnel, and integration teams to align priorities and resolve delivery issues. 

• Oversee requirements, configuration-first development, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, training, and post-release support. 

• Manage release cycles and confirm that functional, security, privacy, accessibility, data-quality, and ATO requirements are addressed before deployment. 

• Establish delivery standards, monitor performance, manage corrective actions, and ensure timely completion and acceptance of project outcomes. 

• Prepare and deliver status reports, performance metrics, risk updates, decision requests, and executive briefings to government stakeholders and internal leadership. 

• Support stakeholder readiness and adoption through demonstrations, user acceptance testing, training, communications, and post-deployment feedback.

What You Will Bring With You: 

• U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements  

• Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.  

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance 

• BS/BA in related field (Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering preferred) 

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant, professional experience managing delivery of several tasks/workstreams for IT projects/programs 

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing diverse technical teams, coaching, and developing team members for mission critical software solutions 

What We Would Like You To Bring With You: 

• Agile certification such as PMI-ACP or PMP, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) 
• Experience supporting the implementation or modernization of a federal grants management system, including one or more stages of the grants lifecycle. 

• 3+ years of direct experience with Salesforce.com products and/or Force.com platform 

• Active Salesforce Administration or Salesforce Business Analyst certification 

• Demonstrated experience utilizing program and project management tools, such as JIRA, 

• Demonstrated ability to set and uphold work standards, manage schedules, supervise technical teams, and communicate organizational goals. Skilled in resolving work discrepancies and ensuring timely implementation of solutions and schedules 

• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, including ability to serve as scrum master 

• Federal contracting experience  

• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and complex custom reports

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$98,614.00 - $167,644.00 Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
