Who We Are:

As an agile company that values growth and collaboration, we offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic industry where innovation meets excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
IC Markets is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own the business strategy, vision, and roadmap of our trading, client, and operational platforms, and to lead the Product Owners within their product structure.
You will set product direction aligned with company strategy, build the business case behind priorities, and ensure Product Owners turn that direction into a clear, prioritised roadmap and well-governed, delivery-ready backlogs. You will work closely with Product Owners, other Product Managers, business leadership, and cross-functional teams across all workstreams.
This role requires a strong business-minded product leader who is accountable for commercial and client outcomes, not only delivery. You will be proactive, take initiative, and bring a problem-solving mindset to everything you own. Experience in trading or the Forex/CFD industry is a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area(s), translating company strategy, Strategic Pillars, client needs, and regulatory requirements into actionable initiatives.
- Maintain a consolidated roadmap across your Product Owners, with clear themes, outcomes, timelines, and dependencies, and ensure changes are reflected in Jira and reporting.
- Own prioritisation across workstreams, aligned with Strategic Pillars, dependencies, and engineering capacity, and make trade-offs visible to senior management.
- Maintain a backlog of all high-priority projects and monitor them through to delivery, escalating risks, blockers, and slippage early.
- Build business cases and success metrics for key initiatives, covering revenue, conversion, retention, cost efficiency, and regulatory impact.
- Lead, coach, and grow Product Owners and Business Analysts across Trading Platforms, Payments, CRM and Back Office, Salesforce, Client Area and Partners Portals, and Websites, including hiring and performance management.
- Set standards for backlog discipline, Definition of Ready, and Jira traceability, and hold Product Owners accountable for prioritised, refined, development-ready backlogs and sprint predictability (Say/Do).
- Review roadmaps, backlogs, and squad delivery dashboards regularly with Product Owners to keep sprint progress and delivery performance visible.
- Provide management with regular quarterly and monthly visibility of planned projects, achievements, and risks across your product areas.
- Work closely with other Product Managers across product areas to align roadmaps, dependencies, and priorities, and to agree on cross-functional project deliverables, owners, and timelines.
- Guide product discovery for strategic and cross-squad initiatives with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Designers, and the Enterprise BA – Solution Office.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, QA, Project Delivery, and Technical Release Managers to balance strategic projects, BAU, regulatory work, defects, and technical needs, respecting Engineering ownership of estimates and delivery.
- Enforce strong Jira and Confluence governance, including product documentation and agreed PRQ/product governance for how requests enter the squads.
- Partner with business stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Partners/IB, Finance, Legal, and Client Support to understand needs and communicate roadmap priorities, status, and scope changes.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are built into product scope from the start.
- Define and monitor product KPIs (such as conversion, funding, trading activity, adoption, and retention) with Product Owners, and review post-release performance to drive improvements.
- Analyse the market and competitors to drive proactive product improvement.
- Ensure continuity by keeping priorities, decisions, and documentation current, so knowledge is not held by one person.
- Drive responsible adoption of AI tools across Product to improve research, requirements, analysis, and documentation.
Qualifications / Skills:
- 6+ years of product experience, including 3+ years as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, or Head of Product leading other product professionals, within Forex/CFD, online trading, fintech, or regulated financial services.
- Proven track record of owning strategy and roadmaps and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience in roadmap planning and prioritisation, using data and frameworks to balance business value, client impact, regulatory requirements, and capacity.
- Proven experience managing Product Owners and Business Analysts and collaborating with peer Product Managers on cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of the trader lifecycle and client onboarding process, including KYC, account opening, funding, pricing, and order execution.
- Solid knowledge across all workstreams: Trading Platforms (web and mobile; MT4, MT5, cTrader, DxTrade, ICTrade, or proprietary platforms), Payments and PSP integrations, CRM and Back Office (including Salesforce), Client Area and Partners Portals (IB and affiliate programmes), and Websites (analytics, A/B testing, CRO, SEO).
- Strong Agile delivery experience, advanced Jira and Confluence governance, and use of delivery dashboards and Say/Do metrics.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including business cases, KPIs, and product analytics.
- Experience in regulated financial environments, with knowledge of payments and compliance workflows.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
