Senior RVP Global Sales Americas, Global Enterprise & Transient (Remote)

Hyatt is seeking a strategic sales leader to guide Global Enterprise and Transient Sales through its next stage of growth. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales, this leader will be a close thought partner: assessing what is working, identifying where the business and teams need to change, and turning insight into clear priorities, account strategies and measurable action. The role leads teams responsible for Hyatt’s highest-priority global enterprise relationships, including its largest global accounts, and the Transient sales organization. The Role
Regional Vice President of Global Sales- Enterprise Corporate & Transient will work closely with the VP Global Sales to help develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve Hyatt’s global sales goals. They will be directly responsible for leading the Global Enterprise Team which consist of 10 Global Sales Directors throughout North and South America, 5 Global Sales Managers, 3 Coordinators and 1 analyst that manage Hyatt’s top 50 accounts globally focused on total account management. They will also have oversight of the transient team which includes 1 Senior Director, 7 Global Sales Directors, 3 Manager and 2 Coordinators.
This individual will work with both teams to implement strategies and targets that will drive loyalty, grow revenue, shift market share, and ensure Hyatt is the brand of choice for our GE and Transient customers.
As a strategic partner to the VP of Global Sales, the RVP will regularly assess business results, team practices, customer needs and market conditions. They will identify what is working, surface gaps and opportunities, and recommend and implement changes that improve performance. The RVP will establish a disciplined operating rhythm that turns reporting into useful insight, clear decisions and follow-through.
They will collaborate closely with the RVP’s of the other HSF segments to ensure cross team alignment and goal achievement. The RVP will also be responsible for leading communication with the field and aligning targets to support new hotels/brands and priority hotels. They will also need to maintain strong industry relationships and be active in organizations like GBTA, SAMA, etc… and have a strong knowledge of the corporate segment and competitive environment.
The RVP will need to be results-oriented, effectively manage competing priorities, and champion working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to manage through influence, communicate effectively – verbally and written, and promote a culture of care within our team is expected. This individual will exemplify sound conflict resolution skills and customer services tactics while balancing the competing needs of various stakeholders. Travel will be required in this role to attend customer and internal meetings as well as sponsored events, industry trade shows, account reviews, and other business meetings as needed. This is a remote position reporting directly to the VP Global Sales.
· Set clear sales priorities and performance expectations for Global Enterprise and Transient, aligned with Hyatt’s global sales goals.
· Ensure priority enterprise accounts have current, actionable account strategies and multi-year roadmaps. Coach teams to understand customer priorities, map decision makers, identify growth opportunities, and connect Hyatt’s capabilities to customer needs.
· Strengthen insight-led selling by using account, revenue, market and customer data to identify trends, risks, whitespace and opportunities. Help sellers translate analysis into customer plans, recommendations and measurable actions.
· Lead a consistent business review and reporting cadence. Improve visibility into progress, forecast confidence, pipeline, account performance and the actions needed to close gaps; present concise, evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders.
· Evaluate existing processes and ways of working, prioritize changes, and lead implementation. Build ownership and accountability so improvements are adopted and sustained across both teams.
· Develop leaders and sellers through coaching, feedback and clear standards for strategic account management, commercial judgment, reporting and execution.
· Partner with regional vice presidents across Hyatt Sales Force segments and with hotel, brand, revenue, marketing, finance and other cross-functional teams to align plans, support priority hotels and brands, and deliver account outcomes.
· Lead communication with the field and customers, aligning targets and strategies with business needs. Maintain strong industry and customer relationships and represent Hyatt in relevant industry organizations and events.
· Manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts constructively, and influence internal and external stakeholders with clear, timely communication and a customer-focused approach.
· This is a remote position reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales. Travel is required for customer and internal meetings, account reviews, sponsored events, industry trade shows and other business needs.
Experience Required
· Minimum 12 years of sales experience, including at least 10 years in the corporate travel segment.
· Deep understanding of the corporate travel and transient segments, with a strong network of customer and industry relationships.
· Demonstrated success leading sales teams and developing talent, including the ability to set direction, coach performance and lead through influence.
· A track record of building and executing strategic account plans, customer roadmaps and growth strategies for complex enterprise relationships.
· Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to interpret sales, account and market data, identify meaningful insights, and convert them into practical decisions and actions.
· Experience establishing or improving sales reporting, business reviews, forecasting or performance-management practices.
· Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate analysis and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and customers.
· Proficiency in CRM and Reporting Tools.
· Sound judgment and a commitment to Hyatt’s core values, policies and procedures.
· Ability to work remotely and independently from a home office; willingness to travel as needed.
Experience Preferred:
· Hotel on property or above property sales experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Comprehensive knowledge of Hotels and Sales Practices
· Prior experience leading a team
· Advanced Excel knowledge
· Understanding of other RFP Tools (including ReadyBid, Tripbam, BTP, Ratefinding) and / or other programs like SynXis, Agency360
· Knowledge of corporate travel programs and offerings

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
