Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis and identify performance and knowledge gaps.
- Design, build, and maintain modular technical learning experiences.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance signals.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy.
- Deliver instructor-led training in various formats.
- Partner with stakeholders to create clear documentation for practitioners.

Requirement:
- 3+ years in designing, developing, and delivering technical training in cybersecurity.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible learning experiences.
- Comfort in fast-moving environments and ability to create structure independently.
- Familiarity with modern training tools and LMS platforms.
