IT Business Analyst (Power BI/LeanIX) - Hybrid Lisbon (1-2 days/week office)
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the Strategy and Governance team of one of Europe's largest parcel delivery networks, where IT sits behind every shipment, from a single parcel crossing borders to full loads of goods moving from manufacturers to retailers. The IT organisation supports hundreds of millions of parcels a year across 40 countries and more than 1,600 locations. In this senior role you will help shape how IT portfolio management and reporting work, giving leadership the analysis and tools they need to make better planning and investment decisions.
PROJECT & CONTEXT
You will work across Business, IT and Finance, turning business questions into practical analyses, clear decision materials and usable tools. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting portfolio planning, prioritisation and regular reviews, weighing strategic fit, expected benefits, risks and team capacity
- Analysing business requirements and contributing to business cases, roadmaps and management presentations
- Maintaining application information, ownership and dependencies in LeanIX, and linking them to initiatives and business needs
- Building Power BI reports and data models covering costs, actuals vs. forecast, resource allocation and delivery progress
- Working with data owners to improve data quality, automate reporting and clarify cost allocation
- Supporting stakeholder workshops and the rollout of governance processes, documenting decisions and following up on agreed actions
The role is hybrid, starting with 1-2 office days per week, with the possibility of reducing this to 1-2 visits per month. Full remote is not available.
