Short Summary:
Our client builds tailored financial software solutions for SMEs across Europe. This senior technical role involves ownership over architecture and system design for the company's email application.

Responsibilities:
- Own support and development of the email application
- Drive system planning, design, and app architecture
- Work within an agile environment alongside developers, product managers, and business leaders
- Design new features and improve existing applications for speed and usability
- Troubleshoot complex issues
- Contribute to process improvements and future project proposals

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, with strong knowledge of project architecture and continuous integration/development tools
- 6+ years of experience with email applications and infrastructure (POP, SMTP, IMAP, ActiveSync, CalDAV, etc.)
- Experience developing APIs using Java, PHP, or C#
- Solid experience with Linux (RedHat)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, research-oriented team managing concurrent projects
- B2 English (Upper Intermediate) or higher
