The Senior Financial Analytics Professional manages data to support and influence decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues.The Senior Financial Analytics Professional is responsible for leading data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Individual Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits. This role will own supplemental benefit data logic, including integration of data across multiple vendors and systems, and will support the end-to-end management of data used for regulatory reporting, actuarial pricing, and financial forecasting.
This role will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of supplemental benefit data for actuarial applications. Responsibilities include managing data inputs used in pricing and forecasting, monitoring emerging experience, and producing monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reporting to support internal performance management, variance analysis, and trend reporting.
The role will also lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, improve data quality, and reduce operational risk. This work includes developing and maintaining solutions in database programs, reporting tools, and summary dashboards to support scalable analytics and decision-making across business partners.
You may possess a financial or actuarial background for this role. You will influence department strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. You will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of technical experience (i.e. database programs, reporting tools, and/or summary dashboards, etc.)
- Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data in order to identify, explain, and influence variances and trends
- Must be able to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques
- Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Financial or actuarial background
- Project Management Certification

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $89,000 - $121,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
