The Senior Informaticist works in the Process Insights team to analyze and provide quantitative insights from our AI Process Insights tools. They may coordinate with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Senior Informaticist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Program Summary

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Informaticist to serve as a data and analytics expert within our process intelligence/mining program, working alongside a Program Manager. In this role you will contribute deep analytical expertise, translating complex process and operational data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
You will leverage AI process mining tools such as Skan AI, and enterprise data sources to interpret how work is performed, identify meaningful patterns, and help define the metrics that matter most. Using tools such as Power BI and advanced visualization techniques, you will design, build, and continuously refine dashboards and infographics that make insights intuitive, compelling, and immediately usable by leaders and delivery teams. Your ability to combine quantitative analysis with strong visual storytelling will ensure data is not only accurate, but actionable.

Key Responsibilities
· Define and support the data strategy for each program that is onboarding to a task mining initiative.
· Assess data readiness; identify source systems, event logs, and required data feeds for each program.
· Interpret process, operational, and engagement data generated through task mining and related data sources to support insight generation for a single operational engagement.
· Design, build, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, translating complex data into clear, intuitive views tailored to the needs of the pod and operational team.
· Work collaboratively with the Program Manager and operational partners to define, refine, and monitor key metrics and KPIs that reflect engagement goals and performance.
· Apply creativity and visual storytelling techniques to experiment with infographics and alternative data visualizations, making insights easier to understand and act upon.
· Analyze trends, patterns, and variances in data to surface opportunities, risks, and emerging signals relevant to the engagement.
· Iterate on dashboards and visuals based on user feedback, changing engagement needs, and evolving questions, ensuring outputs remain relevant and actionable.
· Clearly communicate analytical findings through concise narratives and visuals that support discussion, decision-making, and next steps within the pod.

Experience working with stakeholders to define, refine, and monitor key metrics and KPIs that support operational understanding and performance tracking.

Comfortable working closely with Program Managers and operational partners within a pod model, adapting analyses and outputs based on evolving questions and feedback.

Ability to communicate insights clearly through concise narratives and visuals, tailoring messages to operational audiences with varying levels of data fluency.

Experience
· 5+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, business intelligence, or a related analytical discipline, with a focus on operational or process‑oriented data.
· Hands‑on experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, including the ability to modify and iterate on existing dashboards as engagement needs evolve.
· Experience working with process, workflow, or engagement data (e.g., operational metrics, performance data, or AI‑generated process insights) to support analysis and decision‑making.
· Demonstrated experience defining, refining, and analyzing key metrics and KPIs in partnership with operational or delivery teams.
· Proven ability to use data visualization, infographics, and visual storytelling techniques to make insights clear, compelling, and actionable for non‑technical audiences.
· Experience working in a collaborative, pod‑based or cross‑functional team model, partnering closely with program, product, or operational stakeholders.
· Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, balancing analytical rigor with flexibility, creativity, and responsiveness in an engagement‑driven environment.
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. 40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $97,900 - $133,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
