About Hugel Aesthetics

Hugel Aesthetics is a fast-growing leader in the medical aesthetics industry, bringing innovative injectable and skin-care solutions to the Aesthetics market across the United States. We are building our U.S. organization from the ground up, creating a culture that is intentionally different from traditional, highly layered organizations.

Founded in 2001, Hugel is a South Korea–based global leader in medical aesthetics, specializing in the development and commercialization of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, threads, and biocosmetics. Over the past two decades, Hugel has built a strong global footprint, with commercial presence in approximately 70 countries and operations across nine international subsidiaries.

Leveraging strong global momentum, Hugel Aesthetics was formed as the Company’s dedicated North American business unit, established to lead commercialization in the United States, Canada and Australia. Backed by Hugel’s global scale and expertise, Hugel Aesthetics is a well-resourced, growth-oriented organization focused on expanding access to Letybo and establishing a strong, long-term presence in medical aesthetics.

Our culture is rooted in high ownership, collaboration, and the belief that every voice matters. We value people who bring ideas, take initiative, and want a true seat at the table. In this environment, individuals are empowered to make an impact, move with agility, and help build what comes next.

This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape not only the business, but the way we work, lead, and grow together. As we scale our commercial footprint, we're building a sales organization defined by hunger, excellence, and relentless customer focus.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a creative, organized Content Marketing Specialist to help bring our flagship brand to life across social media, email, and other owned channels.

Reporting to the US Director of Marketing, this role combines hands-on content creation with the process oversight needed to move marketing materials from concept through review, approval, and deployment. You will help maintain an engaging, consistent brand presence, keep ambassador and testimonial content active across channels, and support campaigns that connect with healthcare professionals and consumers.

This role operates at the intersection of creative, channel, and process: generating content ideas, capturing content on set, guiding it through review processes, and getting it to the right audiences through social, email, and marketing automation. Success in this role requires creative instinct, comfort with regulated promotional standards, and the discipline to manage many deliverables at once.

The ideal candidate brings strong storytelling skills, a pulse on social trends, and the attention to detail to manage content within a regulated industry. You are equally comfortable developing a social post, building an email in HubSpot, and keeping a cross-functional approval process on track.

This role is based at our Irvine, California office, and expected to be in the office a minimum of 3-4 days per week.
