  • Proven experience designing and implementing system integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API keys).

  • Working knowledge of enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and/or ATS systems.

  • Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and basic infrastructure management.

  • Ability to translate complex technical AI/ML concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical HR stakeholders. Strong written documentation skills.

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot) as a core part of the development workflow.

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, or Google Workspace AI integrations. Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and embedding models.

  • Experience with people analytics, HR data pipelines, or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
