Senior Technical Program Manager - AI factory
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, enterprise-scale AI factory program, including multiple parallel use cases, shared platform capabilities, and cross-functional engineering teams.
The TPM will be accountable for integrated program planning, delivery execution, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication. This role requires a proactive leader who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes, and ensure alignment across all delivery streams.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management experience, business and product understanding, technical fluency, and excellent executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on AI Factory concepts, including LLMs, RAG, MCP, AI agents, and AI evaluation.
- Understanding of PoC hypothesis validation, business value, technical feasibility, and production readiness.
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery across the entire AI factory program, including individual use cases and shared platform initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into clear engineering delivery context and communicate technical progress in business-friendly language.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, critical paths, and delivery forecasts.
- Coordinate multiple engineering teams, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, resource conflicts, and delivery blockers.
- Maintain visibility into backlogs, priorities, scope changes, and short-term and long-term delivery commitments.
- Align business objectives, product definitions of success, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
- Drive stakeholder decisions, escalations, mitigation plans, and recovery actions.
- Provide clear, concise executive-level reporting on program status, risks, delivery forecasts, and business outcomes.
- Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and ask the right technical questions without taking ownership of architectural decisions.

- 5+ years of accountable ownership of complex, multi-team programs, including integrated planning, milestones, dependencies, and delivery forecasting.
- Strong experience with SDLC, software engineering practices, integration, testing, and release management.
- Working understanding of AI-enabled / AI-first software delivery and its impact on engineering processes.
- Proven experience managing multiple parallel delivery streams and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise software, data, or platform solutions into production.
- Practical familiarity with AI initiatives and awareness of AI-specific delivery risks.
- Strong technical fluency in enterprise architecture
