Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible start/end times)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst II to join our Global Sales Reporting team. In this role, you will analyze, maintain, and enhance global sales reporting processes and data systems. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring high data accuracy, timely reporting, and effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Global Sales Reporting & Analysis: Perform end-to-end global sales reporting functions, including data loading, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting enhancements.
• Regional & Financial Reporting: Oversee data loading and reporting for assigned geographic regions while supporting monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather operational requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Create and maintain thorough process documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between business units and IT teams to align technology solutions with business strategies and user needs.
• Process Improvement: Analyze complex reporting workflows and system processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, improved data quality, and automation.
• Support & Training: Participate in regular team meetings, train on global sales procedures, and provide functional support for business applications.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, or related discipline). An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business systems analysis, financial analysis, or data reporting.
