Das HRM Institute konzipiert, organisiert und realisiert Live- und Digital-Formate im In- und Ausland: Fachmessen, Expofestivals und Online-Konferenzen zu den Themen Personalmanagement, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Retention, Staffing, Arbeitssicherheit, Sicherheit & Corporate Fashion.

Aufgaben

Zur Unterstützung im Online Markteing freuen wir uns über deine Mitarbeit als Werkstudent oder studentische Aushilfe (m/w/d).

Du bist bei uns richtig, wenn:

  • Du gerne das Online Marketing kennen lernen möchtest und erste Erfahrung in diesem Bereich hast
  • Bei der Erstellung und Steuerung von Geo-Targeting Kampagnen sowie von Youtube- und Video-Kampagnen mitarbeiten möchtest
  • An der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer SEO / SEA Strategie mitwirkst
  • Du "digital affin" bist und Dir das Arbeiten mit modernen Software Tools leicht fällt oder du erste Erfahrung mit ChatGPT hast
  • Du unsere Social Media Kanäle betreust und ausbaust
  • Wenn Du für Deine Abschlussarbeit [Bachelorarbeit, Masterarbeit, Diplomarbeit] nach Ideen und Inspirationen suchst, kannst Du auch gerne mit uns sprechen

Qualifikation

Was Du als Werkstudent oder studentische Aushilfe mitbringen solltest:

  • Sicherheit in deutscher Rechtschreibung mit sehr guten Kenntnissen (C2)
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Online und Social Media Marketing
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console
  • Unbedingt erste Wordpress oder Typo3 Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen mit ChatGPT sind vorteilhaft
  • Über eine digitale Affinität sowie Vertriebsaffinität freuen wir uns
