Role Overview - Partner Business Development Officer

• Ability to work effectively with diverse ethnicities, cultures, and businesses across Pakistan.

• Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and/or partnership development.

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and affiliate/marketing platforms.

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Ability to develop and execute partnership, business development, and sales strategies.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and leadership.

Qualification:

• BSc Degree in a Business-related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development Roles.

• Fluent English speakers with excellent oral and written skills in English and Urdu.

• Experience within the financial services industry will be considered an advantage.

• Very good computer literacy.

• Dynamic, innovative, and target-oriented.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent people management skills.

• Excellent client handling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high level of organization.

• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
