Short Summary:
Hotel Equities is searching for a remarkable Banquet Setup for the Marriott in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role involves service, set-up, and break down of assigned functions in a safe manner, ensuring warm and knowledgeable service to guests.

Responsibilities:
- Setting tables and serving guests
- Breaking down banquet setups
- Following BEOs and lifting/moving heavy items
- Adhering to grooming and uniform standards
- Communicating with guests and staff
- Keeping buffet stations neat and clean
- Completing assigned paperwork per event
- Organizing and stocking products during downtime
- Ensuring all equipment is returned and cleaned

Requirement:
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes is a plus
- Knowledge of catering and food profession
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy items
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
