Your role at Hostinger

Join Hostinger's PPC team and help us bolster Hostinger's online presence through advertising across PPC channels. As Senior PPC Specialist, you'll generate demand, educate the audience, and adapt strategies to enhance billings and reach key performance indicators - collaborating closely with the Creatives, Data, and Content teams.

Your day-to-day

• Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks, including Search, YouTube and Pmax

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement PPC strategies that align with business goals, staying ahead of the industry curve

• Data Analysis: Dive deep into analytics to garner insights, report on performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions

• Budgeting: Efficiently allocate and manage substantial budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices

• Cross team collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing teams to maximize their effectiveness through PPC campaigns

Your expertise and experience

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience with a proven track record of results

• Expertise in platforms like Google Search Ads, YouTube ads and Pmax

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads , Looker Studio and similar tools

• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, N8N, etc.) to optimize workflows, analyze data, and drive innovative solutions

• Ensure accurate tracking mechanisms are in place and are in line with the latest industry standards

• Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in tasks execution

• Outstanding communication skills

Compensation starts at €5,200 gross/month depending on your experience and skills.
